Campsite for Everyone
My stay was pleasant, although the site was very crowded. No long waiting times when shopping or at the sanitation building. Unfortunately, sanitation building 2 was no longer open and I had a longer walk. The new sanitation building is absolutely top-notch and leaves no wishes unfulfilled. What I d… More

5 Star Campsite
I was with my family for a week at the campsite, and we left so happy and completely relaxed. Despite the size of the site, the crowds were hardly noticeable. I would like to highlight the cleanliness in all areas. The washroom meets the latest and most modern standards and is hard to surpass in ter… More

Good campsite for family holidays
It was very nice. Only the heating was out of order for a day, but a staff member took care of it immediately. What bothered me was that there were cobwebs along with spiders to be found in almost every room. Unfortunately, this gave me a rather unclean feeling. Otherwise, it was great.

Perfect holiday with children
We enjoyed the stay, however, the quality of the restaurant has declined. The campsite is great. It would be nice to have a table tennis table in the back part of the site, for example at the pirate playground. We will gladly come back.

difficult with groups
Hello, we registered as a group of originally 30 people (6 supervisors and 24 participants) and paid in advance. Unfortunately, no area was reserved for us, so our 12 tents were situated among those of the other individual guests. It would have been better for us and the other water activities guest… More

In a dream location on the western shore of the idyllic Woblitzsee lake, the multi-award-winning Havelberge Camping Resort is one of the most beautiful campsites in the Mecklenburg Lake District. The wonderful landscape, a great beach and the huge range of leisure activities make the site the perfect destination for a family holiday close to nature.
The more than 300 pitches for motorhomes and caravans are spread over a wooded, slightly hilly, terraced meadow area directly on the lake. The spacious pitches on grassy ground have electricity and water connections. In addition to the pitches, attractive mobile homes with separate bedrooms, holiday flats and caravans for hire are also available. In front of the campsite there is a separate caravan park with supply columns and pitches for motorhomes in front of the barrier. Guests with trailers and boats have their own berths. The modern, barrier-free sanitary facilities have family bathrooms, a baby changing room, washing machines and tumble dryers. Self-catering guests can cook in the covered cooking area. The well-stocked self-service market offers fresh bread rolls, groceries and everyday necessities (gas bottles etc.). There are two snack bars and a restaurant with a beer garden for a cosy get-together. Dogs are very welcome at the Havelberge Camping Resort. There are dog showers and a dog beach nearby for the four-legged friends.
Families in particular will feel right at home with the huge range of leisure activities on offer. The highlight for water lovers is the large bathing beach with a bathing jetty and a bathing island: the perfect place to relax on the sunbathing lawn on sunny days. The canoe centre is also right next door: guests can hire canoes, kayaks, rowing boats or dragon boats or take part in fishing tours and introductory canoeing courses. Tip: The canoe centre also rents out fully equipped rafts with beds and a kitchen. In the high season in summer, the campsite's own children's club offers an entertainment programme. There is also an entertainment programme with a show stage where live bands regularly perform. Those seeking relaxation can treat themselves to a wellness programme in the Finnish sauna. Active holidaymakers can have fun playing football, basketball or beach volleyball on the sports field. There is also a high ropes course right next to the campsite, which offers six tours of varying difficulty for children and adults and three courses for toddlers.
The Mecklenburg Lake District is one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany and has a lot to offer. The beautiful landscape is perfect for long tours by canoe or kayak on the water, hikes and cycle tours, for example in the nearby Müritz National Park. Bicycles can be hired directly at the campsite. The Slavic village in Neustrelitz, a "hands-on museum" that offers many activities for children, is also worth a visit. The spa town of Waren an der Müritz, Germany's largest inland lake, is also worth a visit with its historic old town and the "Müritzeum" nature discovery centre.
