We have not been to this camp for the first time, however, we have always only been passing through until now. This time 7 days in winter. The site is only about 100 m from the SS 40. This road is heavily trafficked, but you can hardly hear it. The site is not large; making a reservation or at least a call beforehand avoids disappointments. The pitches are laid out with grass grid stones, accordingly flat and not muddy even when it rains. Sanitary facilities are modern, accessible only for guests with a chip and always spotless! The staff is very friendly and uncomplicated. One should pay attention to the posted notices regarding the opening times of the reception. As always, we were traveling with our two dogs. The exercise opportunities start directly at the site, and there is also a dog waste dispenser along with a trash bin.

We were passing through the site in the off-season for one night. The restaurant was closed. The site is great and modernly designed. Thanks to the grass grid stones, you stand straight quickly. Electricity is available for a fee at the vending machine. The bathrooms are very modern and clean. For families: - a playground directly at the site - a family washroom Great location, great view Nothing to complain about

Very nice and new campsite. The associated restaurant is very good and one should reserve a table to enjoy the good cuisine. We stayed one night on our way to Italy. Power connection can be used with coins. Freshwater connection and gray water disposal are "integrated" at the pitch. Very friendly and very attentive staff in the restaurant and at the reception. We will use this place again when we travel over the Reschen Pass.

Very beautiful campsite and pitch. The sanitary facilities belonging to the campsite are super clean and modern. The campsite cost 26€ in March, the pitch 10€. Those who choose the campsite can use the sanitary facilities for free. The pitches on the campsite are between 70 and 90 m2 large. They have a fresh water and wastewater connection, and an electricity connection. The restaurant is highly recommended, very nice staff and excellent food. It is worth noting that the stairs from the restaurant to the campsite are not lit. This is very hazardous at night. I can only recommend the campsite!

We were only passing through for 1 night at the campsite by the lake. Super well-maintained facility. Also suitable for larger mobile homes. Unfortunately, the restaurant has not yet opened after winter. However, the pizzeria in the village is also okay.

First of all - the evaluation of a campsite is always based on objectively measurable comparison criteria (see ADAC) and the personal needs of the camper. We usually use the site as a winter camping site (seasonal pitch) and here we have no wishes left unfulfilled (except perhaps for a sauna, but we have that at home too). For us, it's a top site and that is due to the following aspects that are particularly important to us: * Family-run - the whole Waldner family is very friendly, to say the least, and also constructive, meaning they go as far as possible to meet wishes and suggestions. * The self-managed restaurant offers a diverse menu at a high level across all dishes (the lamb stew and Tyrolean-style dish are sensational). * Very consistent Green Pass checks. * The pitches are equipped with grass grid stones for caravans and motorhomes which makes them very winter-friendly (especially during thaw). * Frost-proof waste water connection for each pitch (convenient in summer, optimal in winter). It would be helpful to have a marking in case the pitch is snow-covered, as the openings become hard to find then. * Very nice and modern sanitary facilities with underfloor heating - always very clean, managed on site. There is a large family washroom available for families, which is also wheelchair accessible. * Reliable and fast gas supply (hardly ordered, the bottle is already in the wheelbarrow). * Very functional ski room (underfloor heating, ski rack, and ski boot warmers that live up to their name). * Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. * Since the end of 2021, there is also a meter connection available for each pitch (previously sometimes with coin-operated). * The electricity is very inexpensive at 50 cents/kWh compared to other campsites. * Reliable Wi-Fi throughout the site. The speed is sufficient in case one has a Smart TV. Unlimited devices can be connected. * The distance to the cable cars (Haider Alm and Schönebenbahn) is about 100m. I would like to finally mention that the pictures on Pincamp are no longer up-to-date. Instead of the earlier tennis courts, beautiful new pitches have been created. There are now 2 levels with 2 access roads. Anyone expecting children’s animation and other excitement is certainly out of place here - for everyone else, a very clear recommendation.
