Flat meadowland divided by the Little Oertz and its eastern bank, with a terrace. Partially interspersed with hedges and fruit trees.

Swimming pond (50 m x 70 m) with a natural shoreline. Entry strip with sand.
Note
In this area, there are several military training grounds. Especially in the pre- and post-seasons, you may temporarily experience disturbances due to shooting exercises. The shooting times will be announced in advance.
