Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not given, too few rinsing options, too small a drying area, and only one washing machine.

Good Campsite

Staff: was friendly and accommodating. Sanitary facilities: These were very clean and available in sufficient numbers. The facilities are located in the basement of the hotel; better ventilation would be advantageous here. Unfortunately, there was not always hot water for washing up at all sinks. Pitch: The pitch is not divided into sections, but for our camper it was adequate. However, it seems to me that in case of need, the pitches will become smaller (we had to park right next to the adjacent vehicle, I was already afraid of driving over the neighbor's tent pegs). The access road to our pitch was a negative aspect for us. It was almost ungraveled, similar to a dirt road. In bad weather with a lot of rain (as we unfortunately experienced), there was a lot of mud. Wi-Fi: could be a bit better. It is also worth mentioning positively that the price includes the Schladming Summer Card. With this card, many cable cars and buses are free. Overall, a place we will definitely visit again.

Never again!

The sanitary facilities and the Wi-Fi are okay. The only small household washing machine is a joke and there is no dryer or a cooking area or kitchen for the camping guests! However, the absolute cheekiness is the spaces for the motorhomes/caravans! Here, every last inch is used, and the vehicles are parked closely together! There is no safety distance or privacy here! Motorhomes are crammed into spaces/plots that are far too small, making it impossible to set up awnings or tents. During our stay, several guests left in frustration after just a few hours. The young ladies at the reception and the diligent 'Mr. Rolex' in his fancy traditional shorts have no ear for problems. That's how you get the maximum amount out of the camping experience! Great job, family Zirngast! You should really be ashamed! For us, this was the first and last visit to this campground!

Small place with little comfort but clean. It's quite central, so that's okay. Sanitary facilities are fine, staff very friendly. Wi-Fi works very limited, which is not modern for today's times. Prices are a bit high for what it offers.

Very small spots. Strange usage of spots required (everyone had to park backward, only had to park forward. No answer when asked why). Information at the reception was very incomplete. The site was full, with many tents, but for the price, too few toilets. We will not come back and will not recommend the site.

We were received very kindly, the facility is well-kept, dogs are welcome. Sanitary area clean and quite modern. Top restaurant, upscale cuisine. Price: unfortunately a bit more expensive, but we will come back.

Unloving campsite with small pitches

Klaus
Haven't been to a campsite with such small pitches in 10 years. Our awning frame was also touching the neighbor's frame or the guy line of a tent. On the other side, there was only 50 cm to the neighbor's motorhome. For the number of visitors, there is far too little sanitary capacity. Much too expensive. Only those using the Schladming Card can be satisfied. Contrary to the ADAC description, cars are not allowed on the site. The mask requirement was partially ignored by the guests and also not enforced. It's a shame, the area has potential for a good campsite.
