Friendly, clean, clear. Nothing for someone looking for glamping. We come back multiple times and always gladly! Since 2020 new tenants and "fresh wind". Good!

Spent a week at Lake Zell with children. The location of the site is very beautiful. The lake is very small but acceptable. However, during longer heat phases, it could become a duck pond. Initially, the wet area was also clean. However, cleanliness deteriorated increasingly. It would be desirable if it were cleaned again in the evening or early morning so that the dirt from the previous day would also be removed. Wet cells and toilets are alright, though sometimes there is a lack of paper in the toilet or at the sink in the evenings. The friendliness of the female staff is less present. My son liked the place well, but we undertook an excursion or hike almost daily, which meant our time at the site was very limited. If you want to spend more time at the site with children, there is a lack of offerings. The playground is very small and there is no solution for bad weather. It's a pity that €5 extra per week is charged for Wi-Fi. However, the network is of good quality. We left a day earlier due to bad weather. But the full charges are applied. No consideration whatsoever. I have experienced otherwise at other sites, where at least the operating costs or even the full costs for the unused days were refunded. That is service, and you like to return then. Conclusion: Basically a beautiful place if you overlook one or the other detail. Lots of leisure opportunities in the surrounding area within 30 km. It would just be nice if more "passion" could be recognized.
