Camping Zeh am See

We spent another lovely holiday week at Pentecost. The family running it is very nice and helpful. The sanitary facilities are always clean and deserve 5 stars. The lake invites you to swim and the nice lawn to sunbathe! There is also a kiosk by the lake run by the lifeguards that offers a very good currywurst (also worth mentioning).

Our short-term request via the contact form was helpfully and kindly answered shortly after, that same evening (outside office hours). Shortly thereafter, we arrived at a well-kept, and wonderfully maintained small spot directly by the lake. The management and staff were very friendly and very helpful, so we felt at ease from the first minute. We appreciated the short distances to the toilet area, which was always exemplary clean by the way, to the reception, and to the beach. Since we had not filled the refrigerator yet, the vending machines with various local foods were very convenient for us. We spent five wonderful days hiking and swimming at this spot. Unfortunately, we didn't have more time, otherwise we would have gladly stayed longer. We will definitely come back.

The campsite is very nicely located by the lake. The public sunbathing area is right next door and beautifully designed with a kiosk. The sanitary facilities of the campsite are modern, spacious, and always clean. The pitches, depending on the caravan/motorhome, are sufficient to very large. The site is very quiet and manageable. Hiking and cycling are easily possible. In the nearby village, there is a bakery, a village shop, and a restaurant. The family operating the site is very friendly, helpful, and always approachable. We would gladly return.

We were at this very beautiful, family-oriented campsite last summer (August 2024). We have already booked our summer vacation for this year again :)

We spent wonderful days here! The place is family-run and there is a lot of heart and dedication in the work. Especially nice was the atmosphere on the site, where mutual consideration is taken and people are polite and helpful to each other. Campers' honor still means something here! The sanitary facilities are equipped to the highest standards and always very clean. You feel at home. The kiosk and snack bar are great, everything was delicious! The roll service ordered via the app is straightforward. The surroundings offer something for everyone and the location is beautiful. We will definitely come back. The site is a gem for everyone who wants to relax and enjoy a great atmosphere with fellow campers.

We were there this summer. Very clean spot. The sanitary building is super clean. The food offered at the kiosk is very tasty. Great cakes. The spot is right by the lake. Perfect also for dog owners. You can take a nice walk. What we didn’t like so much was that there was no fresh water on the pitch and that you had to walk further. Where the awning is supposed to be is gravel, making it hard to get pegs or peggy pegs into the ground.
