Camping Wirfttal

We liked the large playground at the restaurant. Here, the children could let off steam and had a lot of fun. The restaurant and mini-shop were also more than sufficient. Everything you need is there. We did not use the swimming pool, so we cannot give a review on that. We were rather disappointed with the indoor playground, as we had envisioned something different. Also, our pitch was not the best. There are certainly nicer spots on the site. Otherwise, a small nice place. For a short weekend it's okay, but that's about it.

Super nice place, with spacious parking spots. You can park wherever you like best. The sanitary facilities are very clean, and the showers are included in the price. There are beautiful hiking trails well-marked from the campsite. Leisure activities are plentiful during the main season, until September. There are playgrounds for children and a dog play/train area on the premises as well. Overall, the place is quiet, except near the playgrounds where it can be a bit more lively but not disturbing. In the shop, you can buy the essentials. The prices there are absolutely reasonable. We love coming back.

Lovely little spot with mini golf, an indoor pool, and play areas for kids. Very peaceful location, with many excursion destinations nearby. Hiking, mountain biking, and quad adventure tours.

A beautifully located campsite by a small lake where swimming is prohibited, but fishing and pedal boating are possible. There is a swimming pool with a swimmer’s area, a whirlpool, and a children’s splash area. The theme of the campsite is Bollo the Bear, which is featured everywhere and delights all children’s hearts :) There is a great indoor playground and great outdoor play areas, with something for every age. Numerous sports programs are available, some at an extra charge. A lot of animation programs for children of various ages are offered around the clock. It’s never boring here. There are also beautiful wildlife parks nearby. The restaurant with its delicious offers is also great.

As you would expect from Landal Green Parks, everything is available on-site, e.g., swimming pool, playgrounds, indoor play area, mini-golf course, sports field, table tennis tables, restaurant, supermarket, etc. The campsite is located by a small lake with pedal boat rental and close to the aforementioned park facilities.

The place is well divided, clean, not too far from the city center (if you walk comfortably, 15 minutes is quite okay); the prices overall are also acceptable. We definitely want to come again.

Sanitary facilities were good, unfortunately, due to low bookings, a sanitary building was simply closed without informing the campers. Unfortunately, despite many free pitches at another open sanitary building, none of these pitches were offered.
