Camping Wiggerspitz

Due to the situation, all users should be clear about what to expect acoustically. Those who do not take this into account should not complain. The forest cemetery is definitely different :-) My tip: pack good earplugs. The location is very practical and modern. Super sanitary facilities, clean and well-maintained. Washing machines. Neatly plotted and well marked. The sites offer adequate space - if you can park decently. The staff were particularly nice to us. The gastronomy is really great. Very friendly and good food and drinks. We had a nice time sitting, eating, and chatting at really fair prices. I felt it was half of the next campsite aareaufwärts.

Extremely loud, as every few minutes (even at night) the train thunders past 500 meters from the site, and the highway as well as a heavily trafficked thoroughfare are located next to the camping site. The restaurant turns out to be more of a self-service kiosk, and the Wi-Fi was very poor.

The place would be so nice if it weren't for the railway line and the busy road being so close. It is very loud. Trains come every 5 minutes. Unfriendly staff. We were there for 5 days and every day a different guest stood right behind us, at a distance of 1.5 meters, even though the whole place was empty. Everyone only stayed for one night. This morning we packed up and what does the employee do.... mows the lawn, 5 cm past our camper. He almost hit our doormat. Impossible.

Highly recommendable place for a stopover. Would gladly return.
