Camping Weihersee welcomes its holiday guests in picturesque surroundings in the Steigerwald Nature Park in Bavaria. The pitches are located on a grassy meadow area. The elongated campsite area is surrounded by a forest, with the individual pitches separated by small trees and hedges. This provides sufficient shade on hot days. The "Aqua Sana" natural swimming pool is located right next to the campsite. Here you can let off steam in the water and there are also some water games for younger guests. You can go on great hikes directly from the campsite. For example, you can take a discovery tour to Handthal via a treetop path.
Nature experience trail. The large camping meadow, surrounded by forest, a natural pond, playgrounds, and animal enclosures, provides children and camping enthusiasts with a special holiday experience.

Very nice, natural campsite!
We were there over Pentecost, it was a great stay! Extensive site with pond, animals, super playground, good sanitary facilities. Very nice operators and visitors, you can really feel at home there! We will definitely come back!

Great Place, BUT...
We have been to this site several times, as it is simply great for a family vacation. I do not know any other place (in the vicinity) that has such a wonderful playground. Beautiful Spot in the Steigerwald
We come here regularly to enjoy the idyllic place. The owner is very nice, rolls are brought to the place. Sanitary facilities and wash areas are clean. Overall, it is a well-maintained site. In the surrounding area, there is plenty to do as a family.

Family vacation in the midst of the beautiful Steigerwald. Natural swimming pool around the corner. Canopy walkway also accessible with younger children.

Good - our short vacation there was unique - only 30 minutes drive home *sfg* The place is very well located in the Steigerwald - the organic outdoor pool is right next door. Beautiful clean terrace area on different levels. Nice playground for little visitors in nature. Great hiking opportunities, the town of Ebrach is easily reachable on foot. Quiet, well-maintained terrace area with very clean sanitary facilities. No reception; you set up at the parking space after contacting by phone, and then the groundskeeper comes by to handle the formalities. Those seeking peace, enjoying hiking or biking, will be very well taken care of here.
