Friendly site staff, the operators are motivated, helpful, and very friendly! The sanitary facilities are clean and enchanted with beautiful spray paintings...perfect! The pitches are very large and well arranged! The guest card with public transport included is very practical for exploring Basel. The noise from the nearby highway is hardly bothersome!

Lots of green space, generous children's playground, two pools, very close to the city, many leisure opportunities like zoo, close to nature? Great bistro with fine pizzas, etc. The store has everything you need for camping including many freshly baked breads (possibly by pre-ordering)

We were at the site for the 3rd time in 2022 and we write the same thing every time and conclude: it doesn't help: wonderful location in the woods, super fast access to the city of Basel. But: sanitary facilities totally outdated, nothing gets repaired. In the upper pedestrian area, only one out of three showers in the women's area can really be used. Still no decent Wi-Fi in this area. However, it is urgently needed, as the 4G connection hardly works. A fee is charged for dogs, but nothing is done. This just doesn't work anymore today. For this price, there is too little service!

Dirty, expensive...

Negative; The campsite is old and looks shabby. The sanitary facilities are in a dilapidated state. Very old, poorly ventilated, and everything seems unkempt and run down. Some items are defective but are not replaced (wobbly faucet, broken floor tiles). In the lower camping area near the tennis center, there isn't even warm water to wash hands, let alone soap. Wi-Fi is only available in the reception area. Positive: beautiful old trees throughout the site and wonderful birdsong from the adjacent forest. The proximity to Basel is convenient, and the free public transport ticket is just as good.
