Camping Vorderboden

We stayed here for 5 days. The site is located at the end of the valley, which we really liked. The guest card includes buses and mountain lifts. The bus stop is approximately 50 meters from the entrance of the campsite. Buses run regularly, and you can reach everything in the area using them. I would like to highlight the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities. We will certainly not be here for the last time.

The campsite is located deep in the small Walsertal valley. With the bus stop right in front of the door, you can easily reach all the desired destinations. And during the season, buses run every 10 minutes. The lighting along the paths is poor. There are quite long walks from the outer areas of the campsite to the washroom or the disposal area. This is not really a disadvantage, but you can find campsites in the same price category that also offer a sauna. That would be wonderful for the cold days to help relax the muscles. The guest pass or the tourist tax is not very cheap. In return, however, you get free access to all buses to the border and all cable cars.

A super beautiful campsite with all the comforts, a small shop for everyday essentials, a restaurant with delicious meals, always clean sanitary facilities! The wifi is not great, but improvements are being made. We highly recommend this place 👍👍👍

There was a very friendly welcome, the sanitary facilities are modern and always clean. Bus and cable car tickets are included in the price. The bread service is great and tasty.

This campsite is truly beautiful and quiet. We spent a whole week here and were able to relax very well. The staff were very friendly and always checked if everything was okay. Overall, the contact with the team was always pleasant. The pitches are of a very good size and always have a bit of gravel in the middle. We had no issues with the front tent and were able to set it up normally. The sanitation facilities are well-kept and always very clean. During rush hours, it can get busy, but never to the point where you have to wait long. Even now in autumn, it was never uncomfortably cold, but rather very pleasant. The restaurant is definitely recommended, the food there tasted really good and you can eat it at your own pitch with a deposit. The prices for the dishes are very reasonable. With the AllgäuWalser card, you also get great offers.

A very nice spot in stunning nature. The sanitary facilities are very clean, and the entire campsite is well maintained. The staff and service are also top-notch. A few more water collection points would not go amiss.

There is nothing to criticize! All the staff were friendly and helpful. You are shown around the campsite and assisted with setting up. The little shop has everything you need for breakfast, and the sanitary facilities are always clean. However, the price for electricity (1.10 €/kw) is quite noticeable.
