The campsite and the pool were great. Santa Fortunata is upheld by the staff, truly hospitable and very helpful. The "village" is beautifully green and is an oasis of peace. Pitch/Rental Accommodation: The way they are placed in nature. The covering is good.
The accommodation is worn out and outdated. Pitch/Rental Accommodation: The accommodation we stayed in, 'Giove', is dilapidated, worn out and no longer up to date. In my opinion, the mobile homes of this type need to be replaced to maintain the good reputation of the campsite and reflect the price/quality ratio.

The location of the campsite is excellent. The facilities are somewhat outdated but clean. The bus service for 2 euros per person one way to Sorrento is fantastic! At the bottom of the campsite, you can take a refreshing dip in the sea. Pitch/Rental accommodation: Stunning view of the bay of Sorrento.
The facilities are outdated. The campsite appears to lack maintenance. Pitch/Rental accommodation: The water tap at the site does not function well. It releases too much water (with a push button). Water wastage.

The view was stunning. We overlooked the bay of Naples. The staff is friendly and helpful. Pitch/Rental accommodation: Spacious site with a beautiful view.
The showers are on the small side, making it challenging to keep clothes dry.

The view from the pitch was great. The pitch/accommodation was fantastic, but there was no shade.
Additional costs: shuttle transfer to the city costs 2 euros per person per ride, plus paid Wi-Fi. We have never paid so much in all of Italy for espresso and cornetti in the morning here... For the pitch/accommodation, it would be advisable to lower the extra costs and improve information regarding the entire campsite (no map available).

This campsite is totally overpriced, I had to pay an additional 12 € per day for my tiny trailer with motorcycle. The sanitary facilities are in part completely outdated but clean. The washing machines only operate with an app and online payment. The restaurant is miserable, pizza costs 16 € and is almost inedible. I will never visit this site again.

I found the hospitality to be good. Everything is well-maintained. The terraces are nice. Pitch/Rental accommodation: The lizards.
Not all terraces have a sea view. But the natural environment is lovely.

The campsite itself is recommendable, but dear ADAC inspector, the absolutely critical traffic situation regarding the massive number of scooter and motorbike riders should be included in the directions. These motorcyclists take advantage of every space, even between caravans and towing vehicles. The site is not advisable for access with a 12m combination / 2.30 wide. On departure, a motorcyclist punched a hole in the front of our vehicle with his handlebar and fled the scene. The entire traffic situation from the highway to the campsite is simply insane! The roads are consistently overloaded and too narrow for campers and buses.

We were unable to extend our booking from 2 days to 4 days, so we had to move to another campsite. There, we were warmly welcomed. Pitch/Rental accommodation: Some pitches were quite nice.
The time spent on detailed responses to reviews should be invested in service. Additionally, at the requested date (yes, it was 2 days earlier than planned), there were definitely pitches available! We were on-site and checked the place!!! Pitch/Rental accommodation: The restaurant seems upscale, lively with foreign guests.

The shimmering turquoise sea and the large outdoor pool attract water lovers to Camping Village Santa Fortunata. Families look forward to the fun entertainment programme and the shady playground. The restaurant, which serves breakfast and hot meals throughout the day, is also very popular.
If you are looking for a perfect starting point for excursions to the Italian Almafi Coast and the islands of Capri and Ischia, then Camping Village Santa Fortunata, around 2 kilometres from Sorrento, is just the place for you. The approximately 60-hectare site borders directly on the coast and is divided into terraces. The approximately 150 metre-long rocky beach offers a perfect view of the Gulf of Naples, while the volcano Vesuvius towers over the landscape in the hinterland. Dogs are welcome on the pitches, all of which have electricity. The campsite restaurant spoils gourmets with traditional pizzas from the wood-fired oven, a breakfast buffet and Sorrento specialities. There is also a mini-market with groceries on site. It's not just the clear sea that offers refreshment on holiday in Italy, but also the well-maintained outdoor pool. In August, there are regular shows and parties here in the evenings. The youngest guests can let off steam in the large playground shaded by tall trees. Children also love the fun entertainers, who entertain them with creative workshops and sports activities, among other things. Adults can take part in aqua gymnastics and look forward to evening dance performances and other shows. With expert diving instructors, those interested can get to know the remarkable underwater world in the Punta Campanella marine reserve.
