Location: 12 km from the center, with a small shuttle bus to the train station in the morning and evening at 8:45 AM / 7 PM. Showers and toilets, all sanitary facilities were very poor, minus 10 points. Pitches for tents, RVs, and caravans with electricity but without water - in the sanitary area there were no good filling options = the water flow was very low. Friendly staff, restaurant available, shopping opportunity on the main road, accessible on foot only for light purchases... Overall quality was very poor. No recommendation.

Lost Places in Seven Hills

No idea how Bertungen can come up with a 5.0 rating. The whole place reminds me of lost places. Gathered facilities. Trash everywhere. The pool is a green cesspool, sanitary facilities are shacks, some destroyed. Restaurants are nonexistent. This place might have had its best times 20 years ago. Better to close.....

The concept might have been good back in the early 2000s... today one should definitely avoid this place. We are generally 'tough' about such things, but the sanitary facilities were an absolute horror. Completely filthy, an old heap of crap in the shower... I almost vomited. The place has seen better days. Today it is completely neglected. One of the three sanitary facilities is completely rotten, some doors no longer open because the hinges have broken off, etc. The steps to the respective terraces are partly dangerous because the leaves are not swept away. The campsites are good, and there is an electricity connection. Otherwise, I can't report anything positive. We were really shocked that such a campsite is still offered.

3 Stars?

Well, the place should be checked again; it doesn't deserve three stars. Dirty, noisy, and simply unacceptable. Fortunately, we hadn't checked in yet, but after the visit, we went to another one... Minus three stars.

Catastrophic Condition!

We were there in autumn 2022! Besides us, there was probably only another camper! And there is a reason for that: catastrophic condition of the sanitary facilities! I've never seen such dirty facilities!

Too Bad

Andreas
I was here once in 2004, everything was nice back then. This time I came with expectations... total disappointment. The access for motorhomes was partly overgrown, I scratched my skylight. The area was wonderfully quiet, but the sanitary facilities were a disgrace. Doors that no longer close, latches falling off. No cleanliness in the toilet and shower - disaster!!! The restaurant was good, prices steep. The shop shines with a good air conditioning, but has empty shelves and switched-off freezers. The shuttle bus worked, but it felt like a funny adventure... during the ride, the sliding door opened. Conclusion: We won’t be coming back.
