Unfortunately, the water level of the large lake has dropped so much that swimming is no longer possible. After 15 meters from the shore, the water is only 50 cm deep. This should be mentioned by the campsite on their website. We booked this campsite partly because of the beautiful photos showing lots of play and swimming in the lake. Nowhere is it mentioned that these photos are from 10 years ago and that the marina has dried up and turned into a wilderness of swamp, which has led to a lot of mosquitoes.
