Traffic Pitch/Rental Accommodation: The traffic within the site is terrible and dangerous. There is no need for roads to every pitch. Trucks heading to the supermarket shouldn't have to drive through the pitches. One-way streets would already be an improvement. 50% of the roads are unnecessary!!! We were extremely surprised that the campsite is so well equipped. Very busy, but still very quiet. Sanitary facilities very clean, staff extremely polite and helpful. We will gladly return when we go back to Rome. The distance to downtown Rome is about 18 km, but it goes quite quickly since the roads are built for the amount of traffic. We were there on New Year's Eve and you have a fantastic view of the Rome skyline.
