The 15-hectare campsite is located on the Croatian peninsula of Istria, around 5 kilometres south-east of Rovinj. The small coastal town is aptly nicknamed the most Italian town in Croatia. This designation goes back to its former affiliation with the Republic of Venice, whose architectural beauties in the Romanesque-Gothic style are well worth seeing. In addition to the culture, the region also offers a wealth of water-based activities on summer days. Right next to the holiday resort, stone plateaus and small pebble beaches invite you to sunbathe and swim in the sea. Thanks to the cleanliness of the Adriatic Sea, you can discover the underwater world while snorkelling between the rocky outcrops. Sun loungers and parasols are available for hire on the beach in addition to the shady pitches. 574 pitches are available at the campsite, ranging in size from 80 to 140 m², each with its own electricity and water connection. There are also areas for pitches in the first row to the sea. The accommodation options are complemented by 110 design-orientated mobile homes. These have a living space of 33 to 40 m² and are tastefully and elegantly furnished. The main features include two to three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning and a terrace with seating. Car parking spaces and a free Wi-Fi network provide additional amenities. Alternatively, there are glamping tents, which can be booked for several nights or even for several weeks. These safari tents are suitable for any travelling party - families or couples feel perfectly at home here. Spontaneous bookings can be made at the campsite reception for the pitches and glamping tents, as can reservations on PiNCAMP. The facilities are rounded off by two restaurants and two bars, a supermarket, modern sanitary facilities and an ATM.

Leisure activities around Camping Veštar

The gently rolling hills around the holiday resort are ideal for cycling and hiking. Whether on foot or on a hire bike, the most popular destinations include the charming Zlatni Rt Nature Park and the picturesque Limski Fjord. Those who want to discover their holiday region from the water can visit the hotel's own hire station for pedal boats, canoes, boats and jet skis or join like-minded people at the local swap school. Others take a refreshing dip in the campsite's 550 m² freshwater swimming pool or splash around with the kids in the separate children's pool. The highlights for the little ones include a water playground and a supervised mini club. In July and August, the entertainment programme at the family campsite is available every day.
