The restaurant was only open three times a week and served only frozen pizzas.

In terms of pitch, this is a very beautiful spot. However, it does not deserve its stars at all! There are many prohibitions that remind me of 40 years of GDR. A lady who speaks German quite well is very eager to fulfill every wish. Nevertheless, the negatives outweigh at this campsite. The restaurant is only open when the junior chef feels like it; most of the time it is closed. The site has a lot of potential to be more, but you can feel that you are just a source of income and not really welcome. Additionally, we had a rented bathroom, which also was not cleaned (for 3 weeks) and not even toilet paper was replenished. The argument that I had personal items in there does not hold up. In hotels, I have my personal items too, and it still gets cleaned. I won’t even talk about the damaged toilet seat; the replacement would fill pages.

You're getting ripped off here

We visited this campsite for the first time. At first glance, it looks like a nice place with very clean sanitary facilities. However, the operators are taking your money. If you connect an extra hot plate or heater, it costs extra. In fact, about the same amount per day as a pitch. Plus, the fuses constantly blow on the standard pitches. After 10 PM, you can only enter the site on foot. The showers can only be used until 10 PM as well. Friends have been here several times, and they were also ripped off. After 10 PM, we weren't even allowed to listen to the radio quietly; it had to be turned off. We won't be coming back here again.

I feel taken advantage of

I have been coming to this campsite for five or six years; it is a bit more expensive than others, but it is clean and well-maintained. This year, I only used the hot plate once and a small heater in the evening for 2-3 hours. The caravan was plugged into the designated outlet as usual. They charged me a whopping 78€ for 3 nights for the heater and the hot plate, which amounts to 26€ for electricity per day. I have never been taken advantage of like this before!

It was clean except at the beach. Wrong information. No visible price list on site. From 10 PM, the shower is locked. At 10 PM, the gates are locked. No pedal boats. No gastronomy. The place is too expensive. Different exchange rates between 22 and 23 crowns. Luckily, I have receipts for everything. One just gets annoyed

We were lucky and got a pitch in the front row right by the lake. The campsite is relatively large, very well-kept, and the sanitary facilities have always been clean. It's a shame that the restaurant is almost never open anymore, and the offerings at the small kiosk are absolutely inadequate. A good restaurant with Bohemian cuisine is about a 25-minute walk away, and a nice snack bar is just 10 minutes away, which also seems to only be open on weekends.

Very nice, well-kept, large place with all amenities - no more - no less. Such a place is rarely found. Highly recommended.

Overall Satisfied

We stayed here for three days during a round trip in the Czech Republic and were able to secure a nice pitch (highest price category) below a high, steep embankment with a view of the lake (as far as the units placed in front of it allowed). Unfortunately, there was effectively no reception of the free Wi-Fi offered there, so we had to rely on the purchased data package of the smartphone. We like Czech cuisine. The campsite restaurant was therefore a selection criterion, but due to a lack of staff (according to the notice) it was only open on weekends and then only offered 3 variants of pizza. We tried two of them, and they were quite okay. Overall, we were quite satisfied - a well-maintained campsite in a beautiful location.
