Terrible
There were doors that did not close, a moldy air conditioning unit, broken heaters, and much more. The entire place is in need of renovation.

very relaxing
We were here during a miserable heatwave in the summer, and we were totally thrilled. The great shade provided by the many trees and bushes was simply genius. A very beautifully located place for trips to Pisa or Florence. Train line reachable in 5 minutes by car. All trips could be carried out at low cost by train.

Very good starting point for visits in Tuscany within a radius of +-50 Km or 1 hour.
