The sound of the Mediterranean Sea and the wind blowing through the pine and eucalyptus trees provide background music at Camping Torre la Sal. The campsite in Ribera de Cabanes, which is open all year round, borders directly onto the sandy beach of the Costa del Azahar. Sporty guests can train on the multifunctional sports field, play table tennis or petanque. Guests can also have fun at the table football table. Those who prefer peace and quiet can retreat to the library. One of the highlights is the heated indoor pool, where the water temperature is 30 °C even in winter. Excursions are organised at the campsite in Ribera de Cabanes. Morella, Peñíscola and Peñagolosa are some of the destinations.
Stand-up paddle board rental. Covered outdoor pool. Nightclub within earshot.

We are here for six days. The showers and sanitary facilities are tip-top, clean and there is plenty of very hot water. There is a dishwasher and the washing machines work excellently. A small but very nice well-maintained campsite.

Nice is the direct access to the beach. Otherwise, soccer and basketball from 7:00 in the morning until midnight, bam bam bam, and no one cares. The owner is always trying, on holidays, like now at Easter, the square turns into a huge playground. Beware, the pitches are partly overgrown with trees, so depending on the vehicle, you may not be able to park. The access paths and branches are narrow, caravans need to back up and maneuver. All corners are blocked, you can't get around. The washhouses are terrible. There is water only at a few pitches. Drinking water only at a few taps. Wastewater disposal only at the chemical toilet disposal area. We will never voluntarily come back.

We have already been to the campground for the 3rd time and are simply thrilled. The reception and Manuel, who all speak very good German, are very nice and helpful, making you feel at home right from the start. The sites are suitable for almost all RVs. The sanitary facilities are very clean and are constantly being cleaned, which is typical for a campground. The entire facility is in very good and well-maintained condition. We stayed there for 1 month and will definitely return next year.

Dog-free, simple camping site with direct beach access, separated by a fence from 2 other adjacent campsites. The pitches vary in size and are bordered by hedges, all on gravel. Water / waste water in the form of a washing area at the site. Covered pool with a small sunbathing area. 2 sanitary buildings that, unfortunately, are no longer up-to-date. The showers only have a tiny splash guard that is only enough for a towel; clothing must be placed on a wooden bench in the room before the shower stalls, and the toilets and showers are in the same room, which can be uncomfortable. In the anteroom, the sinks are without individual wash cabins, which is no longer contemporary. There is still a restaurant on the beach where almost only rice dishes are served and a food truck with hamburgers and some tapas. A washing / disposal area for motorhomes is available at the small playground at the exit. Waste disposal is in containers at the roadside about 100 meters outside the campsite. The nearest small shop for shopping is also only about 200 meters from the site, where you can also get baguettes in the morning. Reception opens only from 9:30 AM. Free Wi-Fi works well near the buildings. Due to the poor showers without storage options, we will not return.

A dog-free campsite with pitches that are generally suitable for motorhomes from 7 meters long. 10 stars for the staff; the ladies at the reception are simply super nice, friendly, and helpful. The sanitary facilities are very clean, but the showers are a bit small, so drying off and getting dressed can only be done outside if you are a bit larger. The restaurant is good but is only open for lunch; it's very expensive; however, there are two restaurants outside that are a bit cheaper and offer more selection. The snack bar is highly recommended. A big thank you also to the owner Manuel, who is always approachable and helps wherever he can. The beach is quite alright; there are nicer ones, and you can walk to the village Torre de la Sal over a wooden walkway, which is recommended. The best part is NO DOGS, no dog poop on the pitches as on many Spanish campsites, and no barking dogs at night, making it one of the quietest places, except on weekends when the neighboring campsite went crazy, thankfully only until 11 PM. We have already booked for our next vacation.

We have already been here about 100 times. Manuel and the entire team are super nice, helpful, and speak German. Located directly on the sandy beach, in front of it is a stylish newly built heated pool area, which is covered in winter and spring. A bar offers all sorts of cold drinks. The sanitation facilities are clean and sufficiently available. The restaurant Saudate offers regional dishes. There is also a newly designed club room, where there is always something going on: live music, cinema, etc. Manuel always comes up with something fun. A funny snack truck has also been there for three weeks. The pitches are large enough for vehicles up to 8m and separated by hedges. Good shopping options about 1.5 km away. What should I say, we always like to come back. For 2 years now, even in spring and autumn.

A very friendly, rather small campsite where everything is always kept clean. A very kind and helpful lady speaks excellent German. The plots are shaded with tarps for the summer and removed again at the end of summer. Supermarket and friendly restaurant right in front of the campsite. Located directly by the sea, very clean swimming pool! We really like to come back!
