Super friendly and service-oriented
We had a great week at the campsite with bread service. It was quite peaceful during Ascension, especially since it got cold again. Showers and toilets are clean. Unfortunately, like in many places, there is no staff, and therefore no gastronomy at the moment.

Quiet nature-connected spacious campsite
We chose the campsite on the internet to find peace and relaxation. For our stressed nerves, that was the best decision. The site is located at the A... of the world and there is really nothing there. Operators are very nice. Space for about 500 campers, but very little going on. Camping card was not accepted
The site gave a very unkempt impression. The individual terraces were not mowed, the nettles were partly knee-high, even though it was supposed to be peak season according to statements. We had chosen the site for an overnight stay, as according to the 2017 camping guide, a fixed price of 17 euros… More

In July, there were about 20-30 guests here. There would be space for about 500. Those who want to enjoy the tranquility of the Thuringian Forest are exactly right here. Friendly and helpful operators + clean sanitary facilities + fresh rolls daily + food and drinks in the bistro + dreamy, lonely walking paths ... what more could you want? For those seeking relaxation, it's simply genius - even as a dog owner, who are often not welcome.
