Thorsminde Camping and Motorhomespot

Uncomplicated registration. You can choose a free spot. The spot has an indoor pool with a slide, which we did not use. Small shop at the reception with bread roll service. The pitch consists of grass. Facilities for waste disposal and water supply for motorhomes are available. There is a separate, gravelled motorhome pitch. The campsite extends down to the fjord. The North Sea is about 500 m away. We were very satisfied.

We have been coming here for years and always like it very much. The location is great, right by the fjord and spaciously laid out. The operators are very friendly and helpful....almost like family. A kite school and the best kite spot on the site. Situated right by the fjord and on the other side of the village street is the sea. A dream of a beach. The small fishing village is very dreamy and quiet, there is also a small shop. At the harbor, you can wonderfully buy fish directly from the boat.

The campsite is beautifully located. It is very clean and the welcome was very nice. Even in bad weather, you can wonderfully entertain the kids. We will visit this place more often.

The owners and staff are very nice. The sanitary facilities, showers, and kitchen are clean and well-equipped. There's a swimming pool, but I didn't test it. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, as well as the harbor and a convenience store. The size is manageable and therefore pleasantly quiet.

As regular guests with a caravan and motorhome at this site, we booked two of the luxury cabins with bathroom and toilet for ourselves and friends for the first time over Easter. Despite the icy easterly wind and the bright blue sky, we found, thanks to the reservation, two well-heated cabins. The amenities left nothing to be desired. Bathroom, toilet, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi lived up to the "luxury cabin" category. The fitness center, water park, and sauna were extensively used, so there was no boredom for our friends’ sons either. The reception from the Johansen family was as warm as usual, and the good relationship between the hosts and their guests was also felt during the traditional Easter breakfast, provided by them, in the common areas. Therefore, we can now recommend Thorsminde Camping from the perspective of cabin renters with a clear conscience. Jutta & Joachim

We are regulars at Thorsminde Camping (Caravan and Camper) and after 2 years of absence, for the first time we booked two cabins for ourselves and our friends (two adults and two children). Thanks to the reservation, the cabins were preheated and we were cozy warm despite the icy north wind (under a bright blue sky). The reception from the Johansen family was again warm. The water park (free) and the attached steam sauna (about 1.30 to 2.60 euros) were widely used by everyone. The extra grill pounds were dealt with in the on-site gym and during extensive beach tours " on the skin.* In summer we will take a SUP stand-up paddling course at the campsite's surf spot, and our friends' dog will be able to enjoy the newly created agility area. It was nice to be here again.
