REALLY DISAPPOINTING. 3 days before departure, the campsite charged us an extra 200 CHF for an additional tent, which is 30% of the total price and with no extra person. Yet, a quote was signed for 2 tents with the deposit cashed. Reception from the campsite owner very insufficient. "No hello, no smile." Let’s not even mention the very exorbitant prices at the restaurant for mediocre quality. Pool not worthy of 5 stars. If you opt for a swim in the lake, prepare yourself to swim with various debris, wood, algae, and garbage of all kinds. You have understood; the rating we are giving reflects the number of stars we grant to this campsite. Rather choose an Italian campsite just 30 minutes away. Having experienced several, "welcome, pricing, services, and location on the lake much better."

Those who want everything perfect should stay at home. We had a wonderful vacation and would love to come back next year. Very nice campsite with a restaurant. Clean toilet facilities and clean washing area. Directly by the lake, simply beautiful, the outdoor pool is really nice with a large sunbathing area. The service was great, and we also met nice people among the staff and at the campsites. The restaurant serves good food, and the store has a good selection of bread, vegetables, and other products for its size. We are happy to come back next year. Campsites can be chosen on the website, so everyone can get the spot that suits them. It’s good that the site has trees, so there is good shade. For a motorhome with a length of 7.25 m, there are great spots. We can also drive over the Gotthard Pass and Oberalp Pass with this length.
