Camping 't Wan-tij

Camping 't Wan-tij is a wonderfully quiet, small and charming campsite on the North Sea island of Terschelling. With only 13 pitches for holidaymakers and 9 cosy rental accommodations, it has a lovely family feel. Perfect if you want to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature.

The demarcated pitches have a pleasant size of 90 to 100 m². Each pitch offers an electricity connection with 6 amps. You also have access to Wi-Fi across the entire site to stay in touch with your loved ones.

It is just 2 kilometres to the nearest swimming spot by the sea. You can grab a bike directly at the campsite's bicycle rental and cycle comfortably through the dunes to the beach. For cooler days, there is an indoor pool 13 kilometres away.

Since the campsite is not directly bookable via PiNCAMP, we cannot show you daily rates. However, you should budget for the following cost factors:

• Pitch fee for your car with caravan, motorhome or tent
• Electricity (6-amp connection available)
• Dogs are allowed, additional fees may apply here
• Use of washing machine and tumble dryer for a fee
• Bread roll service for your fresh breakfast

Since the campsite is located in Oosterend on the island of Terschelling, you will travel by ferry. Be sure to plan the crossing for your car with caravan or your motorhome well in advance. As it is a dune island, you should pack sturdy pegs for sandy ground for windy days.

In the morning, the campsite spoils you with a practical bread roll service. For larger shopping trips, there is a supermarket 3.5 kilometres away. If you do not feel like cooking, you will find cosy places to eat in the nearby centre of Oosterend.

Yes, dogs are very welcome here! Together you can explore the beautiful nature of Terschelling. On the campsite, there is also a children's playground for the little ones, a beach volleyball court for sports enthusiasts and a cosy recreation room for socialising.
