The site is very well maintained, the plots are generously laid out, some right by the water. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, you can hear the highway on one side and the train on the other side day and night. We also found it disappointing that despite a respectable price, the showers and toilet water had to be paid for separately, and toilet paper and soap for washing hands also had to be brought along. As a starting point for bike tours to Hoorn, Enkhuizen, and Edam, the site is ideally located.
