The animation team and the Lion King show. The water area, the accommodation. Location/Rental accommodation: We stayed in a prestige colvert and it was top-notch.

Cons

The convenience store (larger and better stocked) and the restaurant (too many missing items). There are no more benefits for holders of the Sunelia card.

🤝 We enjoyed rediscovering the campsite as we have visited it for several summers with the family. My daughter, now 24 years old, wanted to see the campsite again! Of course, it is much quieter than we remember because we came this year in the low season. But it is also worth experiencing. Quiet, fewer people at the pools. We miss the animations, evening events, etc. ... so we will certainly return next summer in the high season. Once you've experienced Hyppocampe and Sunelia, no other campsite can satisfy you!!! Location/Rental accommodation: Good, comfortable, well laid out. Well exposed. Pillows need improvement? 👎 Some animations maintained in the low season? We were able to enjoy massages and the spa! From the pool, hikes. But a little animated evening in the week would have been welcome.

Pros

I stumbled upon the Hippocampe campsite by chance while opening a promotional email. I ventured into making a booking in the dark, not knowing either the campsite or the surrounding places. I must say that everything was perfect! The campsite was well-kept despite being at the end of the season, the bungalow was well equipped and clean, the reception was always available, fantastic pools with slides, and the whole setting was truly excellent. It's a shame we couldn't swim in the lagoon because it had already closed a couple of days prior to our arrival due to the end of the season. Pitch/Rental accommodation: Excellent accommodation. Everything was really positive. We discovered the American coffee machine, which we got hooked on 🤣

👍 - The mini club offered super activities, and Monday evening was top! Accessible even for 4-year-olds, so really great. - The spa with a view of the Durance (treatment ritual a bit insufficient for the price of 130 euros). - The dome for the evening events. - The chip bracelets for payments. Location/Accommodation: large terrace. 👎 - The restaurant... and the industrial crêpes were really yuck. Once, never again. After all, crêpe batter is not difficult. The pizzas were better, even though the dough was also ready-made. Snack not tested. - Water area: the size is a bit small during heat waves to accommodate everyone. The pool is not cleaned in the evening: debris in the paddling pool remains the next day, I had to point it out, a soggy piece of bread still at the edge of the pool the next day... but if people didn't eat sandwiches by the pool as well.

The mosquitoes are a nightmare, I had to shorten my stay just because of the mosquitoes. Location/Accommodation: Upon arrival, a car was parked in my spot, I had to wait to settle in.

The lagoon, clean sanitary facilities. On the main campsite, outdated sanitary facilities. Pitch/Rental accommodation: Great spot

Cons

For a 5-star campsite, this is below par. No bread available at 10 AM while the campsite is full. Evening swimming is canceled without any reason. (Then don’t offer it) In bad weather, they leave you to your fate.
