Beach: Trees and concrete? Water shoes urgently needed

The spot belongs to an apartment complex, so it's a 10-minute walk to the beach. The beach is a lake-like cove with pebbles or a concrete area. You can lie under trees on a grassy area, nice and shady, but I imagine beach holidays differently. The pool is new and nice, but without major attractions, no slide etc. Sanitary facilities are older, but above all too small! 2 showers mean long waits in the evening, 3 toilets that are practically occupied all day, it's rare that one was free... and when two or three are sitting longer 😩. Our spot was relatively flat and very large, but the spots with trees in the middle (also sometimes 3 or 4 per spot) were partly difficult to use, a caravan with a porch only fit diagonally, some only had campers, others wouldn't have fit. Some dogs. Great boat tours (dolphins and parasailing), the climbing park is great.

Clean Campsite

The campsite was very nice, you could see that it was well-maintained! The sanitary facilities were also clean. The campsite is not far from the sea, in the evenings you can take beautiful walks here as well. It would be nice if there had been more activities for football or volleyball...

Slope

A campsite where there is no place to stand without leveling. First, we were assigned a pitch where we would have needed more wedges than we had with us. Despite other available pitches, attempts were repeatedly made to occupy this pitch for later arriving campers. Changing the pitch was no problem. The sanitary facilities are very modern and always very clean. The path to the sea is too far for me. The restaurants in the surrounding area disappointed us. High prices - poor service.

Nice Camping Site

Very friendly reception. We changed our spot during our stay. Everything was no problem. But there is also something to complain about. The sanitary facilities could be cleaned more thoroughly. Since we were here quite at the end of the season, two out of five toilets/ washhouses were simply closed. I think it was for saving labor. What also bothered us a lot was that gardening work was already being carried out (hedge trimming - leaf blower, all until after noon right next to the pitch). We are supposed to maintain the afternoon quiet. All in all, it was still a nice stay. I would recommend it.

Very nice campsite for families

We found our spot very nice. The tree that was on it wasn't in our way. We were able to set up our camper with awning wonderfully. We also had no slope. At every spot, there was an electricity and fresh water connection available. The sanitary facilities were clean and mopped every quarter hour. Very friendly staff at the reception. And the lifeguard saved my life because I had an allergic reaction. I gladly recommend the site.

Super campsite leaves no wishes unfulfilled

1. for the first time the unqualified reviews from some people. Citing: Are the washrooms demolishable? You can only shake your head at that! These are exactly the kinds of people who can’t handle themselves and their lives. Plus, my bracelet is still holding up after 10 days, maybe because I’m not eating it. Now, about Camping Stella Maris, it’s one of the best campsites I’ve been to and I’ve been to more than 50! I took the time to look at all the pitches and I’m surprised that there are over 82% level pitches, some slightly sloped but not insurmountable. That’s why I don’t understand this poor review here. Probably first-time camping?! The washrooms are clean and are cleaned several times a day. How everyone exits this place is a story for another time! The staff and reception are friendly and helpful, and I believe the tone makes the music! Pitches are shady and large and my God, who cares about a tree on the site? I have a 6.5m camper and only needed half the pitch with an awning 🤷♂️ All in all, a super campsite, I will definitely come back. Thanks to Istra Camping Stella Maris.

👍 Everything was fine, the ground was sloped and at night there was extremely loud music on 2 of the 4 nights (outside the camp), but still loud enough to hear. Cleanliness was very good. Pitch/Rental accommodation: The campsite in general. 👎 The waste area. The loud music.

Great campground except for the slope of the pitches.

There are shopping options here and a restaurant on-site, a pool, a climbing garden, and a mini-golf course. The showers are acceptable, although there could be some modernization here and there. However, what is not acceptable is that most pitches have a huge slope which can be compensated for with enough wedges, etc. But at the latest when setting up the tables and chairs in the awning, this slope becomes a struggle.
