Small, cozy campsite. Right by the beach. Good restaurant. A somewhat noisy railway line that didn’t bother us.

The place by the sea with a beautiful beach could be nice... if it were well-kept and not completely built up with "chalets." The owner and the receptionist are very nice and friendly. Sanitary facilities are clean. The parking space for campers is unwelcoming. The restaurant is conditionally recommendable. The food is okay, but the man from the service is quite unfriendly.

September 2023
We were at the site at the end of September. Apparently, not much is being done there anymore. The site must have been a 4-star site 10 to 20 years ago. It has clearly deteriorated. Perhaps the ADAC should take a look at the site. It rather seems that the old rating is simply being carried over. The whole place gives the impression of a small cabin settlement, as almost only those are still present. There are only two very small areas left for campers and caravans. The sanitary area is generally important to me. The presence of sensor water taps is positive, but there is green mold on the taps and very poorly maintained. The highly positive sanitary rating from the ADAC is completely inaccurate. The site is also located along the main train line Bologna-Ancona. I now have some doubts about ADAC ratings.

The site is heavily dominated by permanent campers and mobile homes. We were told to choose a spot freely, but there are no spot numbers at all ;-) We only found one area that was at all suitable, and after some maneuvering it fit well. The atmosphere is very typically laid-back due to the many locals. The beach is fantastic. The railway line is clearly audible, but tolerable. However, there is additional noise from the children's disco and entertainers (until 11 PM) as well as from the neighboring site/club that goes on longer. For families with children, it's certainly good, but for couples like us seeking peace, it's less so.

It is incomprehensible how this rundown place received 4 stars. The sanitary facilities are outdated and stink. It is very loud near the train line. The desire to swim in the sea did not arise at all. We only stayed for one night because it was already too late to search for another place. 2 stars is the highest that can be given today.

In 2021, we were able to spontaneously secure a pitch for our camper during our travels. The people at the reception were all very helpful and mostly spoke very good German. The site was large with direct access to the beach. It can be a bit more difficult for larger campers to get around the site, as it can be quite tight in some areas. There are many long-term campers there, but otherwise, the crowd is quite mixed. There is a pool, but we didn't use it due to the proximity to the beach. There is also a small shop, a bar, and a restaurant on the premises. Other restaurants on the beach are also not far away. We were able to camp and stay there comfortably. The passing trains can be quite loud at night, but for us, it was not a big problem. The sanitary facilities were a bit outdated and could have been a little cleaner. Overall, the site was perfectly fine for us. And for two nights, it was a good stopover.

July 2019
Marked as a tip in the current ADAC camper guide from 2019, that's why we booked the spot. Manageable spot directly on the sandy beach. Nearby are some small shops and affordable restaurants. Many seasonal campers. However, the sanitary facilities are old and the worst was the noise from the trains. Since our youngest daughter was scared and even woke up at night, we left early. The supposed 4.5 stars are not justified!

A star at the sea, no more. In July 2015 for one overnight stay. Friendly management, beautiful but very busy pool, and a beach typical for this section of the Adriatic: Unsightly stone jetties border the beach against the open Adriatic. The sanitary facilities did not meet the ADAC rating: One star for cleanliness, one star for quality. The site leaves a mixed impression: Management and guests we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Pleasant. It gets crowded here, long-term campers and rental bungalows shape the ambiance; at night the freight trains rumble past on the Adriatic railway located near the site at short intervals. The noise emissions from this are somewhat for people with unshakeable deep sleep. * Editorial comments: Notes on the classification in the ADAC Camping Guide 2014 deleted.
