Spilhammars Camping

We really liked the site. There is a very nice tent meadow located in the forest, and some of the sites with electricity are also beautifully situated, although some are a bit closer together. Great location for trips to the Astrid Lindgren sites. Super beautiful lake. Right at the site, for example, for paddleboarding. You can also get rolls at the site, but they sell out after a few minutes. Unfortunately, the washhouses are a bit of a no-go. No individual washing cabins, so it's not really comfortable to wash up. And the showers cost money (20 crowns for about 10 minutes), which are loaded onto a card. Otherwise, the toilets are okay, and cleanliness depends on the guests. Due to the great location, I would still recommend the site.

The site is located by a lake with a swimming area and is ideal for exploring the Kathult Farm by Michel and the Astrid Lindgren World from here. The sanitary facilities are clean but a bit tight when the site is full. When the shower card runs out while showering, it's quite annoying. Nevertheless, we would come back because our parking spot was so beautifully situated in a small forest clearing.

The place is very beautiful but located on a lake in the middle of the swamp. Perfect for families Offers the opportunity to rent canoes and explore the lake. The sanitary facilities are very clean, but somewhat limited, and the shower system should be revised as you cannot turn off the water while soaping up!

We were at this campsite last summer and felt very welcome. We lacked nothing. Very clean, nice owners / staff. Great lake, inviting not only children to swim. Centrally located, yet very idyllic and quiet. We will definitely return.

The site is clean, well-maintained, and quite spacious. There is a beach for swimming and fishing opportunities right at the site. Sanitary facilities are regularly cleaned and in good condition. The proximity to all Astrid Lindgren attractions makes it particularly interesting for families with children.

The location and design of the site are very nice. Right by the lake with a bathing beach and fishing opportunities. All highlights related to Astrid Lindgren are easily accessible. However, the site is not for those seeking peace and quiet, but rather suitable for families with children. The sanitary facilities are insufficient for the number of guests and, unfortunately, not clean.

A campsite for the perfect Swedish experience. Uncomplicated, idyllic location right by a lake, private sandy beach with a pier and a non-swimmer area. Payment upon departure (not as indicated in the app).
