Center easily accessible, nice helpful operators. Disruption caused by English tool salespeople with families. Sanitary facilities insufficient.

The positive aspect is that the connection with bus and train to the center is optimal. The operators are very nice and helpful. The negative memory remains - as mentioned in the contribution by Sonnenblume - that English tool salespeople with their families dominated the area and made an unpleasant impression. Music and conversations were loud. A dog ran around unleashed. Especially the children were noisy until after 11 PM in front of our pitch. The parents' pitches were far away. Nobody looked after the children. A relaxing holiday, cozy evening, and watching TV were not possible because of the noise. One had to fear that damage from bicycles and other play equipment could occur to cars and caravans or mobile homes, as the children were racing around very close to them. The operators did not intervene, even though many things were a clear violation of the camping rules (quiet hours from 10 PM, dogs must be leashed). The sanitary facilities were continuously cleaned but were insufficient during full occupancy, as was the only dishwashing option in a kitchen that seems to be used by tenants of the associated guesthouse.

Certainly – the center of Prague is easily and quickly reachable by train. The rest is underground. The so-called renovated sanitary facilities are disgusting. The number of showers/WC and sinks is not sufficient when the site is fully booked. We were fully booked. The entire area is uneven and unkempt. Several English "vendors" of tools with their entire family have taken over the space. Everything is very questionable. They stood out as very unpleasant. Several campers complained. The operator couldn’t assert himself. Otherwise, the operator is nice, eager, and helpful. But that’s the only positive thing we can report. Should we visit Prague again – we would rather accept that we have to travel further into the city center. The public transport system can accommodate it.

The sanitary facilities have been newly renovated and are top-notch. Friendly reception also speaks German. Site is level with grass or grass stones - just as you wish.

Better to keep driving...

Definitely not recommended. The site itself was unsightly and not particularly well-maintained. The sanitary facilities are outdated and especially the showers can only be used with effort or by those who are insensitive to discomfort. The site is part of a hostel, whose kitchen can be used and must be used for rinsing your own dishes. It is advisable to wash the dishes only at the next campsite... In addition, there is a relatively high price that is not justified for this site.
