Time Out at the Beautiful Place
Great quiet, slightly smaller area. Very clean, dogs allowed with a small dog zone by the water. Roll service, small store, and refreshments at the beach. We will definitely come back.

Super awesome mega beautiful campsite
You can simply give a well-deserved 5 stars!!! The operators deserve a trophy! Anyone who writes something negative about this place is bored. We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to the super delicious rolls and the warmth. Frank&Martina

Camping Seeshaupt offers families with children and couples in particular an extensive sports and leisure programme and many other amenities such as a bathing lawn and a beer garden. Dog owners can also enjoy camping with their dog.
The cosy Seeshaupt campsite, located 46 km south of Munich, is ideal for a relaxing holiday on Lake Starnberg. The 4-hectare site is located on the southern shore of the 20-kilometre-long lake. There are 75 spacious pitches with electricity available for holidaymakers. There are also six solid cabins with a fridge and space for up to four people. Gravelled access points on the large sunbathing lawn invite you to take a relaxing dip in the lake. When the youngest guests are not playing on the gently sloping shore, they can let off steam in the playground. The stand-up paddling (SUP) hire station on site provides a sporty change of pace. There is also plenty to do in the surrounding area: Excursion boats depart from Seeshaupt during the warmer months for entertaining round trips. The tours take you to Possenhofen, the famous residence of King Ludwig II, and to Starnberg, where you can gain interesting insights into Upper Bavaria's past at the Cultural History Museum. From Feldafing, a ferry regularly crosses over to the romantic Roseninsel, which enchants visitors with its gardens and parks as well as the Inselschlösschen. Sporty camping guests can cycle around the lake on a 49-kilometre cycle tour, half of which runs directly along the shores of Lake Starnberg. The resort town of Seeshaupt with its marshy Osterseen lakes is also worth an evening stroll.
The good facilities with spacious pitches and clean sanitary facilities, baby changing room and disabled-friendly toilets and showers are particularly popular with guests at Camping Seeshaupt. Washing machines and tumble dryers are also available. It is also possible to use WLAN at the pitch. The campsite's own "corner shop" provides guests with fresh bread rolls, ice cream and other groceries. When the weather is nice, the idyllic beer garden is a popular meeting place. A small snack bar offers mainly products from regional producers. Self-catering guests are welcome to use the well-equipped kitchen with free dishwasher in the main building. The operators of the facility help with valuable tips to make your holiday at the gates of Munich in the Upper Bavarian foothills of the Alps as pleasant as possible.
