The location is stunning, right on the cliff with a beautiful beach. Just wow. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are several toilet houses, a new one with everything you need and some older ones. All are clean and well-maintained.

We have been going to this site every year since 2005! There is a shop nearby, gas pumps are located across from the shop. The restaurant is directly next to the campsite and offers very good food, a pub is directly connected to the restaurant. At the campsite itself, there is a small wagon where you can get coffee, tea, and small snacks in the morning. The toilets and showers are clean and there is a new toilet/shower building. The owner of the site is super nice and helpful.

A very nicely located campsite with great views and a nice sandy beach. Facilities are somewhat outdated but the essentials are available. The price was 20 pounds including electricity for 2 people with a dog and a motorhome. The principle of the reception is to choose a pitch and set up; at 5 PM, someone comes to the reception, and you can pay. In my opinion, it's a good stopover on the A838 if you need to shower and empty and refill everything. With the bonus of a beautiful view.

Very good location. Great cliffs and beach. Sanitary facilities are somewhat old, not so good. Only a very small cooking facility. Quite windy. A little more presence from the campsite owners could help. Small store, good, and a gas station above the campsite. Smoo Cave is a worthwhile destination for hiking.
