During high season, it is very crowded, mostly bungalows, and the remaining infrastructure such as restaurant, takeaway, and pool is not designed for large numbers of guests. Everything is fine so far except for a few minor details
The campground is well-equipped. We stayed in the three shells with private sanitation. What is missing are outdoor swimming pools like those at Lago di Levico. A symphony of different shades of blue, surrounded by shady poplars and green hedges: The idyllic Camping Sandaya Blue Bayou site welcomes holidaymakers in the summer months in French Occitania. It is located halfway between Cap d'Agde and Narbonne in the municipality of Vendres, which borders the Mediterranean Sea. Only around 450 metres separate the site from the beautiful sandy beach. Four-legged camping guests are also welcomed with open arms on site, and caravan and motorhome owners can choose from a total of 141 pitches. Dense bushes and hedges divide the pitches and create privacy. The extensive grounds of Camping Sandaya Blue Bayou are also home to 339 comfortable rental accommodations, including cosy cottages for four people. The site's attractions include the 1,300 square metre adventure pool with its many colourful slides, rocks and an exciting waterfall. While the children play and frolic in the water, the adults can relax in the separate pool. The special facilities for families also include a baby changing room, a children's playground and an adventure playground.
