Camping Ruderbaum

We were here in August 22 for 2 nights. Friendly and helpful staff. The sanitary facilities were clean and well-maintained, as were the laundry facilities; we did not use any other amenities, so no review for those. Our pitch was right next to the play and leisure area (a bit noisy). The campsite is located directly by a train line and station, which was somewhat disturbing at first. The location is very close to Lake Constance and a public bathing beach. All in all, we liked it here.

Have been coming here every summer for 4 years. Like all Swiss places, very simple but very clean and well-maintained. Extremely flexible, as no booking is necessary. Very good for children with a playroom and playground.

the location is great, even though it is not directly by the lake. with the tent, we had to search a bit due to the slope until we found a reasonably level spot. disadvantages: 1. we received one chip for two people, without which you don't even have access to the toilets & sanitary facilities. 2. there are only 2 hours of free wi-fi daily for 2 devices. if you want more, you have to pay €10, which corresponds to the fee for 1 month. this is not sensible for passing cyclists.

Despite the last-minute booking, we received a very nice spot and were welcomed very friendly. The baker comes by daily with a large selection, and on Saturdays even the 'vegetable man' with fantastic vegetables, salads, and fruits! We will gladly come back anytime 😊

Adjacent to a small boatyard, pier, and a restaurant. Good spot for hikers, cyclists, and various water sports enthusiasts. Quite sloping terrain. Sanitary clean.
