Riverview Caravan Park

The campsite is located directly on the beautiful Firth of Tay estuary. You can easily reach the beach via a wooden staircase that leads you straight through the picturesque dunes. This is perfect for a relaxing walk along the water or just to unwind!

The 43 partitioned pitches for holidaymakers are located on cosy grassy areas between permanently rented mobile homes. They are partly separated by hedges and are predominantly gravelled, which offers you a stable stand for your car and caravan even in typical Scottish weather.

Absolutely, dogs are very welcome here! Thanks to the direct location on the Firth of Tay and quick access to the beach via the dunes, you have the perfect environment for long walks right outside your caravan door. Your four-legged friend will love the fresh sea air!

As the campsite is currently not bookable online through us, we do not have up-to-date prices. However, you should plan for the following cost factors:

• Pitch fee for holidaymakers (including 10-amp electricity connection)
• Fees for dogs (allowed)
• Use of Wi-Fi (available throughout the site)
• Payment on site is convenient with cash, Maestro, Mastercard or Visa.

The journey is super relaxed as it is a campsite close to the highway. So you don't have to fear narrow, complicated mountain passes. Since the pitches are mostly gravelled, you should pack sturdy pegs for stony ground so that your awning stands absolutely secure.

Although there is no large restaurant directly on the campsite, the town centre of Monifieth is only 400 metres away – there you will find everything for your daily needs. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy a golf course just 300 metres away and an indoor and outdoor pool 7 kilometres away.
