Continue on the N-340 road towards Tarragona, then turn towards the sea. Drive for about 7.5 km on a partially narrow road, the last 2 km are gravel.

Nice quiet CP in the nature reserve
Very beautiful and well-maintained campground accessible via a gravel road. Small sandy beach about 150m northeast. Otherwise rocky and cliffy shores. The campground is reached via 2 km of gravel road. Riding a bike to Acossebre is already a challenge (about 2 km). Not an option for us to Peniscola … More

Great with Dog
The campsite meets all expectations brilliantly. The hiking trails in the immediate area are also great for walking with the dog. The dog can also go into the sea without anyone bothering.

Very nice campsite
We stayed there in the tent for two nights on our return trip and were really thrilled. At night you can hear the sea. It is wonderfully relaxing, very quiet, and surrounded by nature. Everything is clean and comfortable.

Great for relaxation with certain caveats
The site is great, access via a gravel road is a disgrace. Attention, places for max 8 meter campers. We were there for 14 days. 4, 5 stars from ADAC, why??? I find 3.5 justified. Showers clean, but plaster is falling off the wall. The staff was super friendly. Language English and Spanish. The rest… More

The description says large plots!? Absolutely unsuitable for vehicles over 8 meters! The ADAC should definitely mention that in their description! The place is beautiful, if it weren't for the last two kilometers of the approach. Pure gravel road.

Nestled in the Serra de Irta Natural Park between Barcelona and Valencia and just a few minutes' walk from a picturesque beach, Camping Ribamar on Spain's Mediterranean coast meets the needs of those seeking peace and quiet as well as families with children.
4.5-star campsite in Spain not far from the Mediterranean beach
Camping Ribamar is a relatively small campsite that covers an area of just over two hectares and has many rental accommodations and even more parcelled-out pitches. Hedges, bushes and trees surround the pitches on three sides. All are designated as premium pitches with an extremely large area and have the necessary connections for electricity and water. Dogs are also very welcome at this holiday home. Dog owners can shower off their four-legged friends in the dog showers provided, so they don't have to carry the beach sand on their paws into the camper. The dog showers are located in the outdoor area adjacent to the large sanitary building, which has children's washrooms and nappy-changing stations as well as washing machines and dryers. A second toilet block is located not far from the outdoor pool at Camping Ribamar. The inviting pool is surrounded by a sun terrace, where sun loungers are available to guests free of charge. Adjacent to the pool, guests will find the service building with the supermarket and restaurant. The multifunctional court with football pitch and tennis court next to it welcomes all sports enthusiasts. Those who have forgotten their travel literature at home can borrow a book from the local library and retreat to the rooms.
