Campsite Intro
About

In the hot Andalusian summer months, the campsite's outdoor pool promises a welcome cool-down. In the winter months, guests can quickly reach one of the ski lifts in the Sierra Nevada, around 30 kilometres away. Overall, the campsite is rather small at just 0.5 hectares in size and has a friendly, family charm. The dog-friendly site has a restaurant and its own grocery shop. The smallest and most impersonal campsite ever!!!

The good thing about this site is that it is fairly quiet and creates a nice impression. However, this impression is quickly overshadowed by the incredibly small pitches. You can barely set down your chair without being right next to your neighbor's camper. Our pitch is bordered by a PV roof and the associated metal supports. Additionally, for such an impersonal offering, the price of nearly 40€ per night is unjustifiable.

Place super well maintained, more than friendly staff. The pitches for motorhomes up to 7.40 are more than sufficient. But beware: there are also smaller pitches. Great pool, clean disposal, and very clean sanitary facilities. But the absolute highlight is the restaurant. This surpasses a 1-star restaurant in Germany by far and the price is reasonable and worth every penny!!!!

Small site with a high tree population and rather small plots. But top for a visit in Granada. Sanitary facilities and pool etc. are fine. Very friendly staff!! Okay for dogs; to walk them, go out to the right and use the open space above the site, a bit up the street. The respectable restaurant on site is sensational. Just that alone is worth the visit to the site. In Germany, it would have received two stars!! Unconditional recommendation!!

Ideal for visiting Granada

Small campsite, right on the main road, yet quiet. Pitches are quite small. Sanitary facilities are fine. We were there in the off-season, the site was full, definitely reserve in advance!!! They speak German. Okay for two/three nights.

Really nice, but unfortunately small pitches

The campsite is conveniently located to visit Granada… a bus runs every 15 minutes (stop almost at the door)… the ride takes less than 20 minutes. The campsite itself is situated in a cute suburb with dining options and small supermarkets. The reception was friendly and attentive. Much of the campsite is already aged but is well maintained and kept clean. Everything is very clean. The pitches are small, just like the whole campsite. The campsite itself has real charm and the pool contributes to that. We will return. Despite the small pitches due to the charm and the affordable prices… full score.

Very friendly staff. We called 2 hours in advance and received a booking number. Since our motorhome is 8.60 meters long, we were confirmed that there was a space available for it - and there are even more pitches for such large sizes. However, it should not be any longer. There are many large trees that provide shade. The showers and toilets are already clean but should be renovated again soon. We didn't use the pool but it looked well-maintained, there were a few leaves in it but that is normal in autumn and when the wind blows. The bus connection to the city is perfect - a bus comes every 15 minutes, it takes 20 minutes by bike - no E-bike. Conclusion: Recommended.

We liked the campsite very much. The plots are quite small. The sanitary facilities are clean at all times. The bus connection for visiting Granada is excellent. The bus stop is almost at the entrance. There is a supermarket nearby. Overall, we can recommend the site.

Great place to visit Granada

As already written: This is the perfect place to visit Granada, because the bus to the city center stops right in front of the door. Travel time is 15 minutes. Price (as of 04/2022) €1.55 per person. The site is lovingly landscaped, the sanitary facilities were top-notch during our visit and heated, the operators, although the site was packed, were very attentive, took time for everyone, and gave helpful tips. The pitches are arranged so that as many as possible can fit into a site within the city with limited space - we were very pleased about that because we hadn't booked in advance and it was pouring rain. A 6.40 meter motorhome fits in easily, those who need more space have to move to one of the pitches outside. However, for us, this site is unrivaled for a visit to Granada.
