In the Castilla y León region of north-west Spain, Camping Regio is the ideal base for visiting the medieval metropolis of Salamanca and its UNESCO World Heritage-listed historic centre. The campsite, which is open all year round, is located in the small town of Santa Marta de Tormes, around 4 km from the picturesque centre of Salamanca. With its rental accommodation and a gently sloping, tree-covered meadow with pitches for caravans and motorhomes, the holiday complex is part of a hotel complex. Its facilities, including an outdoor pool, two tennis courts and a multi-sports facility, also provide pure leisure enjoyment for campsite guests. A playground surrounded by greenery delights the little ones. In addition to the golden sandstone architecture of Salamanca, the Sierra de Francia mountains are ideal for hiking and cycling tours.
