The campsite is beautifully located and divided into several terraces. The sanitary facilities are old, but clean. It was very disturbing that the owners treated their Dutch fellow countrymen with great preference. Instead of 3 weeks, we stayed 4 days.

Very well-maintained, partitioned, some spots with a nice view into the valley. Beautiful hiking trails, among others directly from the campsite. Bar, restaurant (with 2 dishes that need to be selected in advance). Unfortunately, no credit cards, which is why one star less.

We were there in spring 2016 and it was great. The people were very friendly. The site has surely been expanded and completed in the meantime. On our next tour to Portugal, we will definitely stop by there.

The place is run by a couple from the Netherlands who built the place themselves. You can also buy organic olive oil produced on-site. We have rarely experienced such a friendly welcome; we have never had such a detailed and personal consultation about activities in the area. The location is dreamy
