We have already been to the campsite three times and will definitely come back. The campsite is small, quiet, and above all, very clean. The staff is super friendly. The location by the small harbor is very nice. It's not far to Porec and Vrsar by bike. You meet many campers who are regular guests every year.

We stayed in a bungalow here with our dog for a week - in the off-season. It was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. You can be at the beach in two minutes and at the dog beach in 7 minutes. The location is great and we made many day trips from here to hike in the nearby Paklentica National Park, to stroll to Zadar or to Pag. Even Sibenik is easily reachable within an hour. We will definitely come back :)

A very beautiful small campsite. The plots are mostly under trees and therefore nicely shaded. The small shop and the restaurant on the site are also great. The sanitary facilities are cleaned daily from 5:30 AM to 10 PM. We have been to this site four times already and this year we will go there again. The music from the opposite side did not bother us at all, even though we vacationed there with small children in the tent.

We were here in the off-season. Absolute peace, no disturbing animation from outside - certainly not on the site. Great konoba right on the square. Wind-sheltered bay. Perfect for swimming. Super sanitary facilities. What more could one want (…already a little older)!

As already praised by many, a small, clean, simple place with very friendly and helpful staff. The small shop offers everything you need, except for meat. Thanks to the nearby supermarket, the fruit/vegetable stand in the village of Funtana, and the butcher, you can cater for yourself very well without using a car. However, a downside is the beach bar located on the other side of the lagoon. Sometimes overly loud and very monotonous due to the 'Megamixes'. Nevertheless, we have booked there again for 2023, because overall it is still a very nice place.

The entire village of Funtana has NOT developed to our advantage. For our taste, it's too much of a good thing. We were on-site during the Pentecost holidays in 2022. The campsite is small and cheap compared to the numerous others around. It is clean here and everything you need is available, including shopping possibilities. The reception is open 24 hours, and they speak good German, English, Italian, and Croatian. The plots are large enough. Nice shading. At the front at the reception, the places are quite sloped, so good orientation is necessary. Further back towards the washhouse, the spacing is tight and there are plenty of views and smells (washhouse restaurant). Security is present, but mainly for show. BUT You won't find peace there. Daily noise is very loud from the bars in the opposite bay, towards Polidor and Bjella Uvala. Bom Bom all day and on special days even until night/morning 03:30. Clearly, music, beach, and drinks go together, and at first, we still chuckled at the constant beat. But sleeping also contributes to relaxation! Some guests left early for this reason. The dog beach is nonexistent. The worst so far! Neither at the campsite (boat ramp 3m wide, water dirty and stinky) nor at the public beach (rocks with injury risk). Unfortunately, we have come to the conclusion not to go there anymore. Relaxation looks different.... And unfortunately, nothing is being done because the problem with the noise level is known, but apparently, they earn too well from it. Oh yes, free-roaming cats provide movement for all and dog barking.

We were there at the beginning of June. The place is quiet itself, but across from the campground, two beach bars have opened. The first one starts at 1 PM until 8 PM with music and entertainment, with the volume increasing. The second bar also plays music but subtly. That one starts with live music at 10 PM. You have the feeling they play in the marquee. Last night until 1:30 AM!!! The reception says they can’t do anything. We left early. Others too! The handling went smoothly. If you're looking for peace, you're definitely in the wrong place! The assessment from ADAC from June is incorrect!

Camping Puntica in Funtana is a true idyll for all those seeking peace and quiet. The dog-friendly campsite in the north of Croatia is particularly appealing to camping holidaymakers who can do without excessive frills and prefer to enjoy nature rather than lavish entertainment. Nevertheless, boredom is a foreign word here.
The glistening Adriatic Sea, white sails in the wind and the green shores of the Istrian peninsula: The small but beautiful Puntica campsite offers a marvellous backdrop, plenty of peace and quiet and a classic camping experience that is becoming increasingly rare in this form. The family atmosphere and friendly atmosphere are the main reasons why this attractive 4-star campsite is so popular.
Many guests who have been to this oasis of peace in the north of Croatia return to Camping Puntica several years in a row. Holidaymakers can pitch their tents or park their motorhome or caravan here from April. The campsite is usually open until the end of September. Due to its great popularity, early booking is recommended, especially for a holiday in the high season.
With a size of only 4.7 hectares, Camping Puntica is a manageable and cosy holiday destination that offers camping guests 180 pitches. 130 of the pitches are parcelled out. There is plenty of greenery on the camping site, so that every holidaymaker can find their own personal dream pitch in the shade of the pine trees.
With a size of between 90 and 120 square metres, the pitches offer plenty of space and are equipped with electricity and water connections. Free WLAN is available throughout the campsite. The clean and modern sanitary facilities are cleaned regularly and have showers with hot water, sinks and a laundry room.
Your four-legged family member can also come on holiday with you, as Camping Puntica is a dog-friendly campsite in Croatia. After a swim in the sea, dogs can be rinsed off in the dog shower. There are swimming opportunities for a dip in the Adriatic Sea thanks to the rocky, grassy and paved beach right by the campsite.
There is also a children's playground on site and a bike hire service for exploring the beautiful surroundings of the island of Istria and the nearby village of Poreč. Holidaymakers can order typical regional specialities in the restaurant. Self-catering holidaymakers can buy fresh food and delicacies for their own use in the well-stocked mini market.
Camping Puntica is more of a classic campsite without an entertainment programme, pool areas, playgrounds or beach service. But that's exactly what makes this campsite so attractive. If you can keep yourself busy, want to go on lots of excursions or just want to relax in beautiful surroundings, this is the right place for you.
Camping Puntica invites you to relax and unwind. At the same time, the campsite is also a good starting point for exciting excursions in the surrounding area. Guests can easily reach the Funtana marina on foot. At the boat landing stage, you can explore the bay on one of the motorboats or sailing boats.
The 18 offshore islands are mostly uninhabited and make for marvellous photo opportunities. Snorkelling equipment should also be taken on board to get to know the colourful underwater world of Istria. Funtana is also worth a trip: the former fishing village has already been voted the "most beautiful small holiday resort on the Adriatic".
Another popular excursion from Camping Puntica leads to the centre of Vrsar, just 5 km to the south, which is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia. Sometimes gentle, sometimes a little steeper, the beautiful small town rises up on hilly terrain. The parish church of Sveti Martin towers above it all, a place of contemplation and reflection.
