Camping Plitvice

A nice spot for a stop near the Plitvice Lakes. Very modern and high-quality, the sanitary facilities are regularly cleaned. The pool area is also nicely designed with direct access to the restaurant. There’s also a small sports field with football goals and a basketball hoop. The staff is very friendly. For €25, there is a shuttle service to the entrances of the national park. Overall, prices in Croatia are quite steep, with €7 for a single wash being quite expensive as well. We did not try the restaurant. Overall, a lovely place.

Excellent sanitation, everything is clean but very expensive, somewhat sterile compared to older campsites. Very friendly staff, large pitches.

Way too expensive, 70 euros per night for 2 people with a dog and a camper. Only 2 showers work and 2 dishwashing facilities. Only limited hot water... The paths are not lit at all and you stumble in the dark.... Expecting more for 70 euros a night. Pure rip-off.

Just 5 minutes away from the Plitvice Lakes, very good upscale restaurant, nice pool

The campsite is located near the Plitvice Lakes and is therefore particularly well suited for visiting the national park. It has a swimming pool and a restaurant, which we did not visit, however. There is a roll delivery service for the morning bread. Unfortunately, there is no supermarket or other shopping possibilities nearby. Our pitch was well located in the middle of the campsite. Unfortunately, there were many Italians camping during Easter. They were louder than loud and celebrated daily until 10 PM. After that, night peace was observed. Dogs were allowed, but there were few opportunities for walks nearby. That was a pity.

Good location but very poor facilities for a lot of money. The place is almost unlit, lukewarm water from the shower, and the advertised WiFi did not work.

Overall I would say it is a good place. The staff, the pool, and the restaurant were very much to our liking. As a starting point for an excursion to the Plitvice Lakes, the place is perfect. Unfortunately, I have never seen so many ants on a camping site. Our entrance mat was crawling with ants, and if you are not careful and forget the slightest attraction for ants in the camper, it is crawling there as well. This also happened to other campers. The disposal of the chemical toilet is a nightmare. Normally this does not bother me at all, as we only do the small business in the van. But the disposal station stinks to high heaven within a radius of 200 meters!!!! As the place was very full, the few toilets and showers reached their limits. WiFi and LTE are hardly available and/or slow.

Beautiful new facility, quiet and clean with shuttle to the national park. Good restaurant, very nice staff.
