Unkempt, located at 2 very busy streets. At one point, old worn furniture is stored. Sanitary conditions are below average. The beach is accessible across a wide street. The forest to be crossed (500m) is also very unappealing. The beach is wide and long - very beautiful, however, without any sanitary facilities or sun protection, etc.
