Super location, excellent connections, and the best amenities - we felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. The whole complex is very well-maintained, the staff is numerous, hardworking, and friendly. The kids were thrilled with the playground, soccer field, and mini pool. We parents enjoyed the wonderful green area, swimming in the Maggia, and the catering from the restaurant and shop. With the ticino card, we could do a lot of activities on-site.

We have known this place for about 40 years and have always enjoyed coming here from time to time. Recently, a lot has been invested and renewed; everything is in top condition. The location is unique, right by the Maggia River with beautiful clear cold water, where you can swim beautifully or simply sit on the stones. Right at the entrance, there is a bus stop from which you can conveniently (and for free with the Ticino card) travel to Maggiatal or towards Locarno. The entire site, including the sanitary facilities, is super clean at any time of the day and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Even though vacationing in Switzerland is not cheap for us as Germans, we always like coming back here.

Nice, little place. Right by the Maggia, on the bike path heading upstream towards Covergno and downstream towards Locarno-Ascona. Beautiful hiking routes. Swimming options and a climbing paradise. In the immediate vicinity, there are alternatives to dining out, if the simple tavern at the place doesn't appeal to you. Very nice staff! Accommodating, polite, and helpful. Especially very crowded and very expensive during holidays. Very good for climbing/swimming. Tip: If you are not bothered by the riverside street, you should drive over to ITA, there are also nice places that are significantly cheaper. Additionally, reasonable food prices.
