The sanitary facilities are the absolute highlight of the campsite and have been awarded top ratings by the ADAC. You can expect super clean, modern and well-maintained washblocks with newly renovated, large showers. It is the perfect place to freshen up after an active day in the mountains, and best of all: use of the showers is already included in the price.

Although it is a smaller, wonderfully quiet campsite, your children will have plenty of fun here. There is a small swimming pool to cool off on hot days. In addition, the site offers a trampoline, football goals and go-karts that your kids can use completely free of charge. There is definitely no room for boredom here!

Don't worry, the operators are extremely helpful and flexible. If you arrive after the reception closes at 18:00, you will find a telephone number on the door for emergencies. For very late arrivals, there is a gravel area in front of the barrier where you can park overnight – often even with direct access to electricity.

Prices depend on the season. It is best to enter your travel dates directly to check the latest daily rates. Here is an overview of the main cost factors:

• Price for couples per night: approx. EUR 32.50 in the low season, approx. EUR 41.50 in the high season.
• Price for families per night: approx. EUR 39.50 in the low season, approx. EUR 49.50 to 51.50 in the high season.
• Included: Wi-Fi and showers are completely free of charge.
• Extra costs: Electricity, waste disposal fee and tourist tax are charged extra.
• Dogs: Your four-legged friend is welcome and costs EUR 4.00 per night.
• Discounts: With the ADAC Campcard, you save a generous 15% on your pitch during selected low-season periods (e.g. in spring and late autumn).

Yes, absolutely! The campsite in the Salzburg region is also open in winter and offers a great backdrop for winter campers. The sanitary facilities are pleasantly heated. However, when travelling with a caravan or motorhome in winter, you should definitely have snow chains with you, as there can quickly be a lot of snow in the mountains.

There is no large restaurant directly on the campsite, but that is not a problem at all. The cosy town of Altenmarkt is only about 700 metres away. You can easily walk there and find various restaurants, inns and shops for your daily needs.

The campsite is ideally located for anyone who loves being active in the fresh air. You have direct access to the local hiking and cycling trail network. Whether you want to go for a leisurely stroll or an extensive bike ride through the Salzburg region – you can simply leave your car on your pitch.
