We left early as a family! The facility does not meet the promises made. The so-called private beach is completely public and extremely dirty. The pool resembles a bathtub (>30°C) with no refreshing qualities. Additionally, there are family-unfriendly rules: water toys and jumping are strictly forbidden. The advertised slides were often closed, painful to use, and limited to a maximum height of 1.60 m - as parents, we were banned from sliding with our little daughters. The accommodation was basic: there were exactly 4 plates/glasses for 4 people. Trash bags, sponges, or cheese graters were completely missing. The evening entertainment was the next low point: a soulless stage with plastic chairs and a program under the completely inappropriate theme of "Joker" for young children. Despite daily complaints, there was zero assistance.
