Good restaurant, well-stocked store. 2km to the lively town and ferry dock (3-hour boat ride along the Athos monasteries recommended). Friendly reception by the owner. Nice pitches with and without shade. Always hot showers. No toilet paper. Everything always very clean. 2 km to the center/boat departure points in Ouranoupoli. Good restaurant, well-stocked mini-market. Overall recommended.

We spent 5 nights there. The climate is very pleasant due to a valley in the mountains. At night, the temperature drops nicely. The food in the restaurant is very delicious, and you have a nice view of the sunset. The beach loungers can be used for free, but it is appreciated if you order a drink or two at the beach bar. Unfortunately, there is no toilet paper or towels in the bathroom. The showers are okay. The ladies' showers apparently don't have any attachments. You can buy many great things at the local organic store: excellent olive oil, wines, creams, and honey from 2022. Everything is organic and locally produced. You can directly book a boat tour to the Monks' Republic at the reception, and you will be picked up at your location by shuttle.
