Camping Ouranoupoli is located on the Greek peninsula of Chalkidiki near the monastic republic of Áthos, directly on the wide sandy beach. Located around 2 km from the village of Ouranópolis, it offers parcelled pitches with sun protection and comfortable bungalows with bathrooms, air conditioning and a beautiful terrace with romantic sea views. On the 100 m long sandy beach, holidaymakers can enjoy great cocktails from the beach bar on the free sun loungers. The playground, beach volleyball court and boat slip offer a variety of leisure activities for young and old. A restaurant serves delicious specialities. There is also a grocery shop. Larger purchases can be made in Ouranópolis. Fine olive oils, wines and honey from the region are also available there. A boat trip to the monks is an experience.

A True Idyl
Whoever approaches this place finds a genuine idyl, not inflated, but authentic, beloved operators who also take care of the gastronomy at the site. There is real peace and relaxation guarantee here. Proper and clean sanitary facilities. Beautiful beach with free umbrellas and sun loungers. Good restaurant, well-stocked store. 2km to the lively town and ferry dock (3-hour boat ride along the Athos monasteries recommended). Good Campsite, Good Restaurant
Friendly reception by the owner. Nice pitches with and without shade. Always hot showers. No toilet paper. Everything always very clean. 2 km to the center/boat departure points in Ouranoupoli. Good restaurant, well-stocked mini-market. Overall recommended.

Family-run campsite directly by the sea. The pitches have sun protection. The site is well maintained and the restaurant is good. The sanitary facilities are clean. The shower cabins are very functional and very small. Hand shower without holder.

We felt very comfortable
We spent 5 nights there. The climate is very pleasant due to a valley in the mountains. At night, the temperature drops nicely. Very nice beach with a tavern serving very good food, the owners are nice people and very helpful, we had a nice mobile home parking space with sun protection
