Camping ORBITUR Vagueira

You are surrounded by the forest. The staff is very friendly. We were there with our van; the spot was spacious, and there are several stations with garbage cans for recycling distributed throughout the site. It's true that the campsite is getting old, but it is well maintained, and you can smell that the sanitary facilities are cleaned meticulously. The faucets in the showers are also old, but the water is pleasantly warm. We were satisfied. If you want to go to the lovely beach, bikes are quite useful, but if you're in good shape, you can also walk (there are bike paths available).

We felt very comfortable. Very nice reception and friendly staff. The sites are well designed and maintained. The sanitary building was clean and well equipped.

Everything is old, neglected, closed off, and full of mosquitoes. All in all, we left after 2 nights! At least the water was hot! Basically, this place surely has some potential if you sent a column of painters, gardeners, and craftsmen through it. How this place got its good reviews on Google is a mystery to us. Maybe it looks different in summer. Warning: No shopping opportunities. What do you get? Just a handful of products. The term supermarket is so exaggerated; supermarkets nearby are just as rundown as the surroundings and not worth a visit. Due to the surrounding area, we did not even go to the beach. Well-being is not present here.

The reception staff were great, the children enjoyed the pool, and the mobile home was very clean. Our older children would have liked more activities such as a disco in the evening. Therefore, the place is great for those seeking tranquility. The cooking facilities in the mobile home were very sparse. A microwave and an oven would have been helpful.
