A fantastic nature campsite, quietly located behind a stone dam. Spots can be reserved in advance or chosen on-site. Some have electricity, while others do not, with water points available here and there. The sanitation facilities are clean. Unfortunately, the beach is rocky, but there are concrete slabs that make it easy to access the sea. Lounging areas are on stones. Overall, it's a lovely campsite for a short stay. The reception also speaks English and a bit of German. Oh, and there is a pizzeria on the site that is highly sought after. Only handwashing facilities are available.

What can one say: The place is very large and located directly behind the dam to the sea. You look for a spot on the meadows, search for some cable drums hidden under plastic bags lying around somewhere - and hopefully never have to go to the toilet or shower: The 'sanitary facilities' are underground; wooden shacks with wooden doors, some no longer lockable, behind it all is filthy. The gentlemen of creation urinate in the open, separated from the area by just a small screen... French standard once again far below expectations. From there max. acceptable as a short stopover to then ride by bike to Le Trepport (30 minutes away - which is worth seeing!); but then nothing but move on...
