Camping Olsina

A very nice campsite. Very well maintained. The staff is very friendly. The site has everything you need. The restaurant is fantastic, very good food and also very affordable.

Friendly staff, place okay, simply clean. What annoyed us a lot was that we had access to the water right in front of us, about 25 m, but all access points were occupied by fishermen 24/7!! Anyone who has ever had a fishing hook in their leg knows what I'm talking about! It means going to the hospital, because you can't get the hook out yourself. The next access was almost half a kilometer on foot, so the lake was not usable for us. No lake... no boat in the water, no swimming. Thanks to the fishermen!! Never again olsina!

Everything here is set up so that we could enjoy a relaxing vacation: Nice people at the reception and around the area who are always approachable. Free choice of spots according to preference - sunny or shady. Super clean shower and toilet facilities. All guests here have the feeling of being just what they are: welcome guests whom one wants to provide with a good time.

For the past 40 years, we have been visiting this campsite at various intervals. It all started with a tent the first time in 1983. Then there were visits over long weekends or with a large family. It has always been and continues to be an experience, the ambiance around the entire campsite - with forest, without forest, terraces with very well-kept lawns. Regarding the sanitary facilities: in 1983 they were of course not that modern. But time shows how eager they are to adapt with 2 new sanitary buildings; the old one still remains. Everything is thoroughly cleaned three times a day. In the meantime, there are also mobile homes, very well equipped, for 2 and more people, with a view of a beautiful Lipno Lake. The special thing - at least for us - is that there is a bucket of wood available for purchase, pre-prepared for a campfire. One then sits comfortably here, perhaps also with other campers. Just outside of the holiday season, it is particularly quiet, and one can really enjoy this peace in harmony with nature, chirping birds, and swans. Supply of fresh croissants and necessary accessories is also ensured. Especially noteworthy is the hospitality of the campsite operator, which is family-run. There is always concern for well-being, checking whether everything is alright. The food in the restaurant with a beer garden is very delicious. There is also a well-designed children's playground; children are very welcome. Dog friendly, no restrictions. The way to the village for further shopping opportunities is about 1 km reachable via a hiking path, away from the main road. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank for the pleasant stay in autumn. A super breakfast with scrambled eggs - simply delicious... The restaurant remains open according to the needs of the guests. We will always be happy to come back here. Continued success and all the best until next time. Very nice and quiet campsite! The owners are very friendly and take care of the guests' well-being. For example, when we left a day earlier due to the weather, the owner personally ran after us on our way to the reception and asked if everything was fine and if all was okay!!! The sanitary facilities are basic and old but always clean and well-maintained. The camping restaurant is also run by the owners. The food is very delicious! We will definitely come back!

We are now in our second year here. Absolutely quiet. Sanitary facilities are cleaned multiple times a day, the condition is perfectly fine. We will definitely come back next year.

This is what camping should look like! Beautiful spot by the lake, perfect for anglers, terraced layout so everyone has a nice view of the lake, toilets and showers in good condition, short distances, small restaurant with good home-cooked meals, overall very relaxing, our dog liked it too.

We were there for an extended weekend and we will come back. The only downside was the washrooms, but it was simply high season and the campers themselves are also partly responsible for cleanliness.
