Camping Oase (PP Julianadorp)

A very nice quiet campsite located close to the sea. In the evening you can hear the sound of the waves. The sanitary facilities are old but well maintained and clean. The pitches are sheltered by hedges, otherwise open to the next pitch. We have been there for the 4th time this year 2025 and always enjoy going there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a small shop including a bread roll ordering service. Electricity and water are available directly at the pitch. Wastewater must be taken to a station.

We were here for 4 nights at the 210. Plenty of space for really big things. Sanitary was clean and okay. Staff was friendly and accessibility to everything was great. 10-minute walk to the beach is awesome.

We were in Holland Kempen for the first time this year and are totally thrilled. We even booked for next year right away. The campsite is very clean, the staff is super friendly, and the sanitary facilities are always top-notch. Very quiet campsite, just a few hundred meters over the dune you reach the sea which is indescribably beautiful. Always happy to be here again.

We arrived only after the reception had closed. Access to the site was still easy; we received an email shortly before the office closed informing us that access for us was unlocked, along with directions to the parking space. It couldn't be better! The site and the sanitary facilities were always clean. The location of the site is perfect in the largest growing area in the world for flower bulbs. Here you can experience the tulip bloom!

From start to finish, a smooth and relaxing vacation. Online booking, email communication regarding a change, check-in, check-out, and the personal contact was always nice, friendly, and competent - simply exemplary. The entire site was clean and tidy, as were the sanitation facilities. The location right behind the dunes offers many opportunities.

Great location just behind the dunes, good and very well-maintained sanitary facilities (no luxury, but it's camping after all). Very nice and helpful staff. However, it feels more like huts and mobile homes than "normal" caravans and motorhomes, but all the motorhome pitches are laid with grass tiles as a base. Very weak Wi-Fi with low bandwidth, which is why I can't give a full five stars (maybe not everyone needs it, but in 2023, I believe this should be part of a top rating).

The team at the reception is very helpful. The site is divided into chalets and camping pitches. We were here with the motorhome. The plots are generously sized and provide plenty of space for vehicles, mobile homes, and tents. The sanitary facilities are modern, well-maintained, and offer quite a bit of comfort. The location is right behind the dike, and it only takes a few minutes to reach the beach. The cycling paths in the area are well signposted, and it takes about 30 minutes by bike to Den Helder. Shopping opportunities are just a few hundred meters away. All in all, a place to vacation and relax. We would happily come back.
