Camping Nurapolis

The place has charm, is simple but okay. Under the pines, it's comfortable, unfortunately dark in autumn. I can imagine that in summer it is pleasantly cool. The site is fully booked, the supermarket has better quality than some more well-known campgrounds. Access to the sites is through the pines, there are no paths and it was always tight for me. It's good to have an assistant as a passenger. The restaurant is good and reasonably priced.

Very natural campsites - sanitary facilities in poor condition - a dream for nature lovers and unconventional people, no nudist area!!! Dark pine forest and animation sounds from the neighboring campsite match, but it’s cool and the beach and dunes are stunning. Unsuitable for trailers and anything over 7m in length.

Unfortunately, we had bad luck and ended up in a depressingly dark campsite in the middle of a pine forest, even in sunshine. We couldn't see a bit of sky, neither during the day nor at night. We were close to the neighbor campsite with animation programs going on until late at night and chainsaw noise in the morning. The camp neighbors were also rather oppressive. The sanitary facilities were very unkempt and the path to the beach was long. We could only stand it for one night and didn't even try any fun programs, etc. Despite having paid in advance for 5 nights, which we obviously couldn't get back, we left, and the money was then irrelevant to us. However, the reception was really very pleasant and friendly, and helpful.

The pitches are fine, the food in the camping restaurant is good and reasonably priced. The biggest drawback is the sanitary facilities, which are no longer up to today's standards (quite rundown, reminiscent more of an abandoned building), so I would not visit the site again.

For us, my wife and me, one of the most beautiful places on the island. Untouched by development, not partitioned, and quiet, with a very good restaurant and the best pizza ever. A lovely path through the overgrown dunes to the nearby beach. We have felt very comfortable there several times.
